We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our team as the Deputy Manager. You will assist the Registered Manager to lead one of the best Care Homes in the brorough on a day to day basis.
The role is mainly office based but you may be required to undertake hands on care from time to time and share on-call duties with the manager. The role is suited to an experienced deputy or an experienced senior carer that is looking to take the next step in their career.
Ideally you will have the following skills and attributes: -
* A passion for providing the best quality of care
* NVQ3 Health & Social Care or higher
* A good knowledge of CQC regulations, the National Minimum Standards and CSA 2000
* Ability to motivate and lead your staff team
* Be enthusiastic, responsible, cheerful, confident and professional
* Be able to communicate clearly and respectfully
* Have good IT skills with the ability to use Word and Excel
* Have your own transport
