Service Administrator / Administrator required to join a global engineering manufacturer based near Bristol.
The successful Service Administrator / Administrator will be supporting the service team by liaising with customers, about products and deliveries, processing orders and maintaining records using a powerful CRM system. Full product training provided.
The Service Administrator / Administrator will ideally have an administrative background with strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication and customer relationship-building abilities with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
Package £23,000-£25,000 (dependent on experience)

Service Administrator / Administrator Role Process orders via phone and email
Prepare and manage service and remedial quotes up to £3,000
Send, track, and follow up on quotes to ensure timely responses
Generate job sheets and hand them over to the coordinator upon PO receipt
Liaise with various engineering departments
Use a forklift twice a week to move inventory (training provided)
Office-based in Yate, Bristol
Service Administrator / Administrator Requirements Experience as a Service Administrator, Administrator, or a similar role
Proficiency in using a CRM system, SAP, or similar software
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Excellent communication and customer relationship-building skills
Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment (advantageous)
Willingness to use a forklift twice a week (training provided)
Must be able to commute to Yate daily.
