🔍 What You’ll Do
As our central scheduling maestro, you’ll orchestrate resource allocation across customer and internal projects balancing timelines, skillsets, and capacity. You’ll be the go-to for resourcing requests, scenario planning, and utilization insights, directly impacting delivery success and revenue growth.
🧩 Your Impact
* Own and optimize the Professional Services resource schedule
* Collaborate with project managers and sales to forecast, plan, and advise
* Champion Certinia PSA and Asana for smarter scheduling
* Spot trends, solve bottlenecks, and elevate operational excellence
* Shape best practices and documentation for a growing team

* Experience in resource scheduling within Professional Services
* Familiarity with SaaS project lifecycles and PSA tools (Certinia PSA a plus)
* Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder engagement skills
* A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
