Main duties of the job

Person Specification
Qualifications
* The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in organizing and facilitating activities for older adults, particularly those living with dementia. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a genuine interest in the well-being of the residents, are essential. A background in health, social care, or a related field would be advantageous.
