THE BUSINESS
Are you an experienced property Conveyancer who no longer wishes to be client facing? If so, we have the perfect role for you.
We are seeking to recruit a Conveyancing Advisor for our client based in Gateshead. With your experience you will help train & develop the technical ability of junior staff, whilst ensuring all residential conveyancing files checked are technically sound.
THE ROLE
14. Quality management of files and advice given
15. Answering staff members queries as and when required on a daily basis
16. Delivering advice and assistance to fee earners
17. Ensuring advice given to clients on files is accurate and complete
18. Delivery of training to ensure continued competence with junior staff members
19. To ensure your clients are given the best possible advice
20. To be responsible and deal efficiently and effectively with all clients and files for which you are responsible, ensuring case files meet the requirements of CLC and the firm
21. To deal with all correspondence in a timely fashion, ensuring all files are supervised as required by the CLC and the firm
THE PERSON
22. 8 years’ plus experience within residential conveyancing
23. The ability to train and develop others
24. Able to work to the achievement of quality standards
