We are currently seeking a skilled and professional Receptionist to join our client's team on a temporary basis. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
The main responsibilities of the Receptionist will include:
1. Greeting visitors and assisting them with any queries or requests
2. Handling incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
3. Managing the reception area, ensuring a tidy and presentable environment
4. Coordinating the booking of meeting rooms and arranging refreshments
5. Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
6. Providing general support to the team as required
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
2. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
3. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
5. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise work effectively
6. Professional and friendly demeanour, with a positive attitude
