Job Description
We’re recruiting a Reward and Performance Analyst with a competitive base salary.
Are you passionate about driving performance and recognition? Join our high-performing team to support our Retail Reward and Group Performance agendas, contribute to strategic projects, and gain broad experience across reward and performance areas.
What you’ll be doing:
* Acting as an SME on Reward, providing advice and support across the Retail division
* Supporting the design and implementation of strategic reward initiatives to achieve business outcomes
* Assisting with cyclical activities like the annual pay review
* Analyzing reward, performance, and recognition data to provide insights
* Coordinating recognition and awards processes across the business
* Developing organizational resources and enhancing technology platforms for a user-friendly experience related to reward and performance
* Ensuring customer fairness and positive outcomes are integrated into reward structures
* Collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to support reward-related projects
Qualifications
Who we’re looking for:
* Level 5 CIPD qualification (desirable) or relevant HR experience
* Strong numeracy, analytical skills, and data modeling ability
* Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
* Clear verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and manage multiple projects
* Proficient in Excel, with a desire to develop further
* Experience supporting organizational strategy through data insights
* Some experience with complex reward topics is preferred
