Partner and Alliance Manager, Legal This is a great chance for a Partner and Alliance Manager to join a growing team with a strong culture of enthusiasm and self-discipline. You will manage existing and source new partner relationships driving sales of Legal technologies, including Practice and Case Management and Document Management. You will be a key hire for our organisation and there will be endless opportunities for the right individual. What you will be doing Actively contribute to the achievement of sales and company targets Take responsibility to enable, guide and direct reseller partners in generating sales opportunities for solutions ensuring it aligns with the current business strategy Report on channel partner sales numbers and KPI’s and identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners Work with marketing to develop plans that support the partner network and generate deal flow Enable, guide and direct partners' sales team to proactively identify opportunities for further growth within Partners' customer base Proactively drive activities within channel partners that increase brand awareness, product presence and revenue generation for all company products Develop and provide data on growth markets, partner and competitor activity. Co-ordinate Partner with Product/Pre-Sales/Professional Services teams to enable self-sufficiency We would like you to have Strong understanding of the legal industry Strong Sales negotiation and sales closing skills to support partners in sales engagements. Demonstrable success in channel sales; you should have a proven track record of delivering growth within a complex partner portfolio Demonstrate strategic thinking and ability to act with pace Able to independently manage conflict and influence team members and partners Ability to simplify complex concepts and make them relatable to salespeople Adaptable to changes in the market and in how business is conducted Excellent time management and interpersonal skills Ability to assemble and present effective sales presentations at the C-Level
