Role and Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes.
* Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing and grooming.
* Supporting clients with mobility and ensuring their safety.
* Assisting with meal preparation and household tasks.
* Providing companionship and engaging in meaningful activities.
* Following individual care plans and reporting any changes in clients conditions.
* Maintaining accurate records of care provided.

Requirements
* No prior care experience required; we welcome those new to the sector or considering a career change.
* A compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Reliable punctual and committed to making a difference in the lives of others.
* Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle preferred due to rural locations of clients.
Qualifications
Previous experience is not required as we will put you through award-winning training to achieve your care certificate. This will be coupled with shadowing ongoing individual and specialist training and further City and Guilds qualifications to achieve.
Additional Information
* This role is subject to references and DBS check.
* Must live within a 20 mile travelling distance of SN9 Postcode.
* Ability to work in at least one or more of the areas we cover: Devizes, Pewsey, Marlborough, Andover, Amesbury, Tidworth and surrounding villages.
* Regrettably we do not have a sponsorship license at this time.
* This role is UK based and the right to work in the UK will need to be established as part of the recruitment process.
