Working within Aviva’s Data & Analytics team, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing webpages and dashboards that bring analytics insights and models to life. Your work will directly support our internal Claims function, enabling colleagues to make data‑driven decisions that deliver efficient, consistent, and high‑quality outcomes for our customers.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in webpage or dashboard development (front‑end or back‑end) who is passionate about building intuitive digital tools that turn complex data into actionable intelligence.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Developing and maintaining internal Claims webpages and dashboards that leverage analytics insight and modelling.
* Translating stakeholder requirements into functional, user-friendly interfaces that support consistent operational decision‑making.
* Collaborating with analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet user needs.
* Supporting the ongoing improvement, optimisation, and scalability of existing digital tools.
* Contributing to best practices within the Software Development Lifecycle, including code quality, configuration management, and version control processes.
Skills and Experience We’re Looking For
* Experience with ASP.NET/C# or a similar framework, with a willingness to learn where needed.
* Understanding of databases and SQL (advantageous but not essential).
* Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle, including configuration management and GIT flow best practices.
* Ability to translate stakeholder needs into functional, well‑structured webpages or dashboards.
