Our client is seeking a detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage responsibilities initially until March 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the Director’s diary and email communications, ensuring prioritization and efficiency.
* Compile daily files and manage expense approvals in a timely manner.
* Attend team meetings and follow through on all action items.
* Assist in arranging meetings and events while adhering to company policies.
* Work collaboratively across functions to ensure effective information sharing.
Essential Skills:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong multitasking and project management capabilities.
* Attention to detail and a proactive, resilient approach to work.
