What Success Looks Like Proven commercial finance experience in a fast-paced consumer, retail, or digital-led business. Strong exposure to forecasting, pricing, promotional evaluation, and weekly trading cycles. ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, 5 years PQE, with a track record of influencing senior leadership. Exceptional financial modelling and analytical skills with a focus on assessing risk and maximising commercial impact.
