You will work closely with the Course Manager and wider team to help deliver excellent playing conditions year-round across all areas of the golf course. Requirements Key Responsibilities Daily golf course setup and presentation Mowing and maintenance of greens, tees, fairways, surrounds, and rough Bunker preparation and course detailing Operation of modern golf course machinery Assisting with irrigation, aeration, spraying, and renovation work Maintaining high standards of health & safety Supporting the team in delivering excellent year-round playing conditions The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude Takes pride in producing high-quality work Works well within a team environment Has a genuine interest in golf course maintenance Holds relevant greenkeeping qualifications (preferred but not essential) Has experience operating turf machinery (preferred) Is reliable, punctual, and willing to learn Whether you are already working within the industry or looking to further develop your career in greenkeeping, we would like to hear from you.
