Job Overview
As a member of the logistics team, you will schedule vehicles and drivers to ensure the delivery of our on‑location facility vehicle service. This involves analysing customer filming schedules to create a clear plan and maintain consistent high standards of delivery.
You will work alongside other members of the logistics team to plan vehicle movements and allocate drivers. You will document the plan and disseminate it to all relevant stakeholders, and plan daily movements while liaising with other departments for resource availability.
Position located in Longcross, Hampshire.
Responsibilities
* Schedule vehicles and drivers for on‑location services.
* Analyse filming schedules and develop delivery plans.
* Document and disseminate plans to stakeholders.
* Liaise with departments to obtain resource availability.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in transport planning with scheduling of drivers and vehicles.
* Experience scheduling a varied fleet across two or more sites.
* Knowledge of driver hour regulations.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet last‑minute customer requirements.
* Proficient IT literacy, specifically Excel, with ability to learn in‑house IT systems.
