The Opportunity
We’re delighted to be supporting a prestigious independent optical practice in Beaconsfield, renowned for its luxury eyewear collections, exceptional service, and clinical excellence.
This opportunity is for a Senior Optical Assistant to join their team, with flexibility to support other local branches when required. This role offers the chance to combine hands‑on dispensing with added responsibility, acting as a key support within the practice in a beautifully presented, high‑end environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Dispense premium eyewear and lens solutions tailored to each patient’s individual needs.
* Provide outstanding customer service that reflects the boutique reputation of the practice.
* Support the day‑to‑day running of the practice, assisting with team guidance and maintaining high standards throughout.
* Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient journey from start to finish.
What We’re Looking For
* Experienced Optical Assistant with strong dispensing knowledge.
* Previous experience working within a high‑end or boutique practice is essential.
* Confident in supporting and guiding colleagues when required.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build genuine rapport with patients.
* Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to achieving performance goals.
* Professional, polished, and committed to delivering a memorable patient experience.
The Package
* Salary: Up to £28,000 (depending on experience)
* Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week including Saturday
