Excelcare is a family‑owned Care Home group established for over 34 years. We provide the highest standards of care to older people with a range of needs including dementia, physical disabilities, and mental health issues.
* Salary: £13.45 - £13.85 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
* 36 hours a week, Monday – Sunday
* Hours: 8pm-8am, including alternate weekends
About the role
As a Care Assistant you will assist with mealtimes, personal care and complete current and appropriate documentation, including daily record keeping, charts and care plans. You will engage in meaningful activities with residents, promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect.
What we are looking for from you
Experience in a care environment (care home, home‑care worker or caring for a loved one) is ideal, but a caring and kind approach and a desire to work with older people will also be considered.
