We're looking for a talented CHEF DE PARTIE to join our KITCHEN TEAM. Are you passionate about fresh ingredients, coastal flavours, and delivering exceptional dishes with consistency and flair? POSITION: CHEF DE PARTIE

RATE OF PAY: Competitive.

ADDITIONAL: Customer tips are shared between the Restaurant Team.

CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent.

Temporary position also available.

CONTRACT HOURS: Full time hours (40 hours) No late evenings No split shifts No night shifts.

WORK SHIFTS: Between Monday to Sunday.

OTHER INFO: Due to our location and the work shifts, your own transport would be beneficial.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Taking ownership of your section, preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard.

Working with fresh, local fish and seafood every day.

Maintaining a smooth service.

Ensuring excellent food quality, presentation and consistency.

Keeping food safety and hygiene standards high.

Contributing to menu development and seasonal specials.

Supporting your team and contributing to a positive kitchen culture.



WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie.

Confident working with fish and seafood.

A genuine love for cooking and learning.

Organised, reliable and calm under pressure.

A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
