Our Customer Services team is at the heart of People’s Partnership, ensuring our customers receive excellent service and technical support. This role is based in our contact centre within the Customer Support Hub, where you will support customers by answering inbound phone calls, emails, and webchat. You will provide tailored responses to meet the needs of our customers throughout their relationship with us.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling inbound phone calls, webchats, emails, and other customer contact channels as they are introduced.
2. Managing a wide range of customer queries across various products and processes, delivering professional, helpful, and empathetic service.
3. Using active listening skills to understand and support customers, ensuring their needs are met and service standards are maintained.
4. Focusing on first contact resolution when handling complaints, resolving issues within your control or escalating as necessary.
5. Contributing to the department's achievement of service standards and levels by meeting your performance objectives.
