We're delighted to be working exclusively with a growing plant hire organisation supporting clients across the UK.
This is a brand-new role and a chance to make your mark, influence how we grow, and help us build capability as we integrate a new team into our Plant operation and further develop our regional structure.
There are 4 Regional Depots; Birmingham, Doncaster, Carlisle and Salsburgh. The role will require an element of travel to each to support the teams but be predominantly based from Doncaster/Beckingham.
Location: Ideally Beckingham/Doncaster with travel required
Salary: £50k - £55k
Working Hours: 24 per week and super flexible as to what works for you

In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to Regional Managers and leaders, ensuring people feel supported, valued and set up for success.
You’ll focus on:
· Building capability and confidence in senior and team leaders through coaching, mentoring and practical support
· Supporting the development of a consistent leadership approach across depots
· Providing calm, grounded guidance through ER cases
· Ensure that our people initiatives are well designed, understood and deliver maximum potential return.
· Supporting local engagement and recruitment activity
· Helping us become an employer of choice in the community
· Playing a key role in integrating the Geotechnical team into the wider company
· Supporting change in a positive, people-centred way. Helping us embed new structures and ways of working smoothly
· Developing and reporting on people metrics to highlight any trends or issues and providing recommendations.
