We are looking to hire a Junior Sous Chef on a full-term contract. Your skills and attributes for success: Experience in a fresh food kitchen. Passionate about modern food trends and cooking techniques. Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chefs with developing and implementing menus throughout the hotels.
