⚡ Interim Operations Manager | 2 Months Inside IR35 | £300 per day | Mostly remote ⚡
I am currently working on a confidential assignment partnering with a field-based services business who are seeking an Operations Manager to join them during a transition period. In this role you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the business unit and lead a small team of direct reports.
Essential Requirements:
* Proven operations management experience in contracting, compliance or regulated field services, including public sector or local authority contracts
* Experience leading a business unit during change, including a sale or wind-down
* Comfortable managing a geographically dispersed team and engaging with multiple stakeholders
* Availability to start immediately
This is an initial 2 month contract role with potential for extension. This role is predominantly remote however will require travel 1-2 times per month to sites across the UK.
