The Role
As our Office & Guest Experience Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end workplace experience across a multi-brand showroom environment.
From high-profile client visits to seasonal showcases, you’ll ensure everything runs seamlessly while delivering a best-in-class hospitality experience.
What you’ll be doing
• Curating a premium, design-led office & showroom environment
• Managing daily operations across multiple fashion & sportswear brands
• Leading guest experience — from first impression to lasting impact
• Coordinating showrooms, meetings, launches & press days
• Elevating hospitality with seamless catering and event execution
• Partnering with teams to create a collaborative, high-performance workspace
Who this is for?

• Experienced in Office / Workplace / Studio Management
• Background in fashion, retail, lifestyle or showroom environments preferred
• Regular hosting of external guests, press, buyers, and partners
• A hospitality-first mindset with a sharp eye for detail
• Confident working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving setting
