The Role
As Territory Manager, you'll take ownership of your region, building strong partnerships with clinical teams while driving sustainable commercial growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional colleagues and be trusted to manage your territory with autonomy, accountability, and care.
What you'll be doing:
* Owning and executing a clear territory and account strategy
* Delivering against quarterly and annual sales targets
* Building trusted relationships with clinicians and stakeholders across pelvic health services
* Providing clinical support in theatre during Sacral Neuromodulation procedures
* Identifying opportunities to improve service efficiency and patient pathways
* Managing inventory and working closely with Operations and Customer Care
* Supporting education and training programmes for customers and colleagues
* Representing the business at regional meetings, congresses and customer events
* Maintaining accurate forecasting and CRM compliance (Salesforce)
What you'll bring
* Degree-level education or equivalent experience
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* Confidence engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
* A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with high personal accountability
* A collaborative approach and desire to be part of a high-performing team
* Excellent presentation skills
* Willingness to travel across the territory
* Experience in Urology, UroGynaecology or Colorectal therapy areas
* Medical device or surgical sales experience
* Comfort working in an operating theatre environment
