A Junior Sous Chef is required for a stylish, high-end brunch venue with strong London-inspired, Instagrammable dining vibes. The concept focuses on fresh, seasonal produce, beautifully presented dishes, and a modern all-day brunch menu in a fast-paced but creative kitchen.
Working 5 days from 7 on predominantly daytime shifts, the Junior Sous will support the Head Chef in delivering consistently high standards while helping to lead the kitchen during busy services.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting daily kitchen operations and service
Preparing and presenting high-quality brunch dishes
Supervising junior team members and ensuring smooth service
Maintaining hygiene, consistency, and kitchen standards
Assisting with stock control and menu development
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience as a Junior Sous or strong CDP ready to step up
Passion for modern brunch, presentation, and seasonal cooking
Calm, organised, and confident in a busy kitchen
Strong team player with a positive attitude
