Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations
* Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams
* Develop and implement personalized care plans for patients
* Prescribe medications and other treatments in accordance with state and federal regulations
* Educate patients and their families on health management, preventive care, and treatment options
* Document patient interactions accurately and maintain detailed medical records
* Stay current with medical research, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Skills and Qualifications
* Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
* Proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner or in a similar healthcare role
* Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare software
* Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care

Requirements
REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS
* Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner's Program.
* National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or certification eligible. Certification must be obtained within the first six (6) months of employment.
* Current DEA number for Schedule II-IV Controlled Substances.
* Current BLS and/or ACLS certification
