Your role: Teaching a small KS2 class with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs Delivering a personalised curriculum focused on engagement and resilience Using trauma-informed approaches Working closely with pastoral teams and behaviour specialists Supporting pupils to rebuild confidence in learning This role would suit: An experienced teacher confident in behaviour management An ECT who wants strong mentoring in a specialist setting A teacher ready to step into a more relationship-focused environment The support: Highly experienced SENCO and behaviour leads Clear routines and structured behaviour policies Regular training and mentoring Strong TA support in every classroom Why Protocol Education?
