Residential Conveyancer

We are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected and expanding law firm seeking an experienced Conveyancing professional to join their thriving Residential Property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Fee Earner with a minimum of 2 years experience who can confidently manage a full caseload and hit the ground running.

The successful candidate will handle a varied residential caseload and be responsible for running files from instruction through to completion. You will play an integral part in a busy, supportive team environment with plenty of scope for career growth.
Key Requirements
Solid residential conveyancing experience
Ability to independently manage a caseload from start to finish
Strong client care and communication skills
A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting
Responsibilities
Managing a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion
Handling sales, purchases and remortgages for both freehold and leasehold properties
Conducting title checks, searches and all pre-exchange/completion work
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors to progress matters efficiently
Ensuring compliance with SDLT, Land Registry requirements, CQS standards and internal procedures
Maintaining accurate file records and updating the case management system in a timely manner
