We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Online Fulfilment Manager. Based in Northallerton, working closely with our Support Centre, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently fulfilling online shopping orders and meeting our customer’s expectations.
Responsibilities:
1. Build strong stakeholder relationships across the business, ensuring cross-functional collaboration where relevant.
2. Adopt a flexible management style and a can-do attitude to approach tasks.
3. Own and deliver objectives related to compliance, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.
4. Plan, organize, and deliver against volume forecasts.
5. Deliver excellent customer experiences while achieving budget KPIs.
6. Develop plans to foster new business opportunities.
7. Ensure the Northallerton Fulfilment Centre complies with trading standards and H&S legislation.
Requirements:
1. Experience in a managerial or team leader role.
2. Background in retail or similar supervisory positions.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
4. Ability to work efficiently with accuracy and pace.
5. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to relationship building across functions.
6. Versatility and willingness to learn new warehouse management systems and reporting tools.
7. Commercial insight with a proven track record of achieving targets and staying ahead of competitors.
8. Self-motivated and focused.
