MCS Group is supporting a large public sector organization based in Belfast in hiring a HR Business Coordinator. The role involves supporting the Human Resource Manager(s) in managing and reporting on human resources and employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation. Responsibilities include acting as an investigating officer for grievances and disciplinary procedures, managing HR records related to recruitment, discipline, sickness, leave, etc., and developing reports for management. The role also involves monitoring HR performance data, participating in absence management, disciplinary, and grievance cases, and assisting in managing sickness absence and compliance.
The Person:
Applicants should have a third-level qualification in Business Studies or Human Resource Management, experience within a unionized organization, and advice and guidance experience in key HR subjects.
