Overview Senior Product Manager - Decision Platform. We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager to contribute to two critical components on the Decision Platform: the Rules Engine (RE) and the Decision Studio (DS). RE powers real-time underwriting and claims decisions, while DS enables seamless integration of third-party data into decisioning journeys. Together, RE and DS form the backbone of underwriting and claims logic, supported by external data sources like electronic health records and credit risk data.
This is a global role. You will work across multiple regions, supporting regional go-to-market strategies while prioritising one global engineering team. You’ll need a sharp strategic mindset to evaluate trade-offs between local value and global scalability. Your decisions will help define what gets built, when, and why.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct customer and partner discovery to understand how clients want to automate decisioning, how they use data, and how our products can remove friction from that process.
Prioritise work across multiple geographies, balancing regulatory environments, data source standards, and commercial opportunities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Commercial, Customer Success, Engineering, and other PMs) to build a unified, scalable roadmap.
Collaborate with Product Designers to deliver robust integrations, developer-friendly tooling, and intuitive configuration capabilities.
Collaborate with Engineering and maintain close oversight of implementation progress, remove blockers by clarifying product requirements, ensure documentation is up to date, and support the team during sprints. While delivery is led by the Delivery Manager, you will stay close to the Tech Leads and help keep the team aligned to the roadmap and the product vision.
Monitor and evaluate product performance post-launch with data analytics tools, gather feedback, and iterate on features to improve product quality and user experience.
Be the internal voice for RE and DS, ensuring product progress and priorities are well understood by leadership and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical or business discipline; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
3+ years in product management, preferably in a SaaS or API platform context.
Experience with B2B enterprise software or data platform products; domain knowledge in insurance or health-tech is a bonus.
Proven track record of building successful platform or infrastructure products in multi-stakeholder environments.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills: ability to quantify trade-offs and prioritise under ambiguity.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills: ability to align diverse teams around a shared product vision with clarity and empathy.
Bonus: experience working across international markets and navigating regional business and regulatory nuances.
