YOUR MISSIONS As a Senior Workday Consultant, you will work closely with client teams to lead functional areas, define project scope, and deliver tailored Workday solutions. You will be a key part of the team, implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global clients, building relationships to understand their needs. You will coach junior consultants and participate in pre-sales activities. You may engage in all phases of a Workday HCM implementation, taking roles such as Functional Lead, Analyst, Solution Designer, Tester, and Trainer. Your participation can also contribute to developing our propositions and growth initiatives. A high level of flexibility is required, including willingness to travel to customer sites or attend global events. YOUR PROFILE Deep knowledge of Human Capital Management. Experience implementing technology-enabled HR solutions. Ability to challenge and design HR solutions aligned with client expectations. Skill in translating client requirements into configuration options. Experience facilitating workshops, writing design documents, conducting user acceptance testing, and training end-users. Ability to lead design workshops and ensure high-quality deliverables. Familiarity with Workday Methodology and certification in Workday Core HCM.
