What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting students across a range of ages and pathways, from early years to post-16
* Helping learners with autism and additional needs develop communication, independence and confidence
* Working with teachers, therapists and families to create consistent, meaningful progress
* Bringing creativity and patience into lessons, therapy sessions and enrichment activities
What we’re looking for:
* Experience supporting children or young people with SEND, or a strong desire to learn
* A calm, adaptable approach with genuine empathy for students with autism and complex needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
