Commercial Litigation Associate Solicitor – Hertfordshire
A Legal 500 recognised commercial litigation department in central Hertfordshire is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Solicitor (around 3+ years PQE) to join its expanding team and support a highly regarded partner.
Areas of Work:
* Corporate insolvency, including claims against company directors
* Business mediation and arbitration
* Commercial property disputes
* Contractual disputes
* Debt recovery
* Intellectual property disputes
* Partnership and LLP disputes
* Search and freezing orders, injunctions and imaging
* Shareholder disputes, including unfair prejudice petitions
* Professional negligence claims
Your Profile:
* 3+ years PQE gained at a respected regional or London-based practice
* Strong academic background and solid understanding of commercial dispute resolution
* Experience managing a range of contentious commercial matters with minimal supervision
* Strong communication and analytical skills, with a client-focused approach
* Demonstrated involvement in business development and marketing initiatives
* Ability to build and maintain client relationships will be advantageous
