Our client is seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager to deliver a £700k CAT B office fit-out project in Central London. The 10-week programme covers the full fit-out of a single floor, including four meeting rooms, tea points, and a communal area.
You’ll join during a 2–3 week lead-in period and take full responsibility from inception through to completion, managing all aspects of delivery and coordination on site.
Requirements:
Proven experience running CAT B office fit-out projects
Strong leadership and client-facing skills
Full set of valid tickets: CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid Immediate start available. Ideal for a PM confident running fast-track fit-outs independently
