Early Years Practitioner - Children's Centre & Primary School - Tottenham
A welcoming Primary School in Tottenham, North London, with a well-established Children's Centre, is seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join their team. This Early Years Practitioner role is ideal for someone passionate about early intervention, family support, and delivering high-quality EYFS provision.
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will work closely with outreach teams and professionals to plan and deliver engaging early learning sessions, including stay-and-play, speech and language activities, and parent-led sessions. The successful Early Years Practitioner will play a key role in supporting both children and families within the local community.
Early Years Practitioner Responsibilities
Planning and delivering EYFS-based sessions as an Early Years Practitioner
Leading stay-and-play and family learning sessions as an Early Years Practitioner
Supporting parents' understanding of child development as an Early Years Practitioner
Monitoring children's progress and outcomes as an Early Years Practitioner
Working alongside health visitors and professionals as an Early Years Practitioner
Supporting access to early years provision and free entitlements as an Early Years PractitionerThis Early Years Practitioner role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive primary school and Children's Centre, making a real difference to children and families.
Applicants must have relevant Early Years experience and hold an Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one through us.
