* Coordinates and controls the daily Surgery Center schedule.
* Performs direct patient care as needed.
* Directs and supervises the OR Suites.
* Perform other work-related duties as needed.
* Consistently provides service excellence to all patients, family members, visitors, volunteers and co-workers.
* Challenges current working practices identifies process improvement opportunities and presents recommendations and solutions to management. Engages and commits to the organization’s culture of continuous improvement by actively participating, supporting, and promoting CCHC Pillars of Excellence.
* (RN) - Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
* (Preferred) – A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
* Minimum of three years of RN experience
* (BLS) - Basic Life Support certification (obtain within 30 days of position start, offered within)
* (ACLS) – Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification (obtain within 30 days of position start, offered within)
* Must attain Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) certification within 30 months

Purpose of Position
Directly oversees the Registered Nurses, Surgical Technicians and Ancillary Staff in the performance of his/her daily duties in the Surgery Center.
