Involve Recruitment are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Accounts / Finance Assistant to support the day-to-day running of the finance function. The role is fully office-based and requires someone who can commute easily to Bridgend.
Key Responsibilities:

Processing purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
*
Maintaining the purchase ledger, including supplier reconciliations
*
Assisting with bank reconciliations
*
Supporting month-end finance tasks
*
Using Xero accounting software for daily transactions
*
Liaising with suppliers regarding invoices and queries
*
General finance and administrative support as required
Key Requirements:
*
Previous experience in an accounts or finance role
*
Strong experience with purchase invoicing and purchase ledger duties
*
Working knowledge of Xero (essential)
*
High attention to detail and good organisational skills
*
Ability to work full-time, on-site
*
Available to start in January
*
Most likely 2-3 months initially with potential opportunities to go permanent
