About the Role: As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation, and managing your second chef and kitchen assistants. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for food preparation, IDDSI knowledge, and a deep understanding of culinary techniques.

Who We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role within a restaurant setting.
* Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation methods, and kitchen management practices.
* Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team management and staff development.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* A passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
* Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both kitchen staff and front-of-house teams.
