Business Development Lead, UK Blis are looking for an experienced business development lead to join our commercial team and drive platform adoption and revenue growth from our agency partners and client in-housed teams. Key Responsibilities Communicate the value of the Blis platform by presenting detailed demonstrations of the programmatic product Become an expert on Blis USP's, market differentiators and best practices on the Blis platform Onboard new agencies and clients to the Blis platform Create client focused solutions that can be scaled and activated programmatically in the Blis platform Continually build and increase programmatic revenue streams Build relationships with senior revenue stakeholders in programmatic departments and client in-house teams Work closely with Sales to identify opportunity and rapidly onboard agencies to the Blis platform Develop and implement a detailed business strategy Work with Product Management to help define features, drive enhancements integrations and product improvements to the Blis platform Skills and requirements 6-8 years' experience buying or selling ad-tech ideally with RTB, DSP, ad exchanges, and SAAS platforms Existing client base of contacts from major agency programmatic, product, data and strategy teams and client direct Passionate and knowledgeable about the ad-tech ecosystem and the programmatic industry Ability to influence and persuade senior level stakeholders; both internally and externally Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment In-depth knowledge of major programmatic platforms and competitors Proven track record of creating and implementing strategic business plans, driving results A team player who participates and leads discussions; share best practices and knowledge with other commercial and product team members globally An independent worker, self-motivated and determined Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) and confidence speaking to large groups Effective time management skills - ability to prioritize and meet deadline Our values Brave We're leaders not followers An innovation and growth mindset helps us solve everyday challenges and achieve breakthroughs.
