Our Mission
Our Mission is to change the way teams scale forever and for the better. Empowering visionaries, to leave their print on the planet.
About Bond

We’re proud to be the world’s first certified net-zero talent solution company. We care deeply about people and the planet. Remote-first? Of course. Work from anywhere? Absolutely. Wellbeing, flexibility, and the freedom to do your best work? That’s not a perk, that’s the bare minimum.

Responsibilities Include:
* Visiting clients twice a week to collaborate and build relationships.
* Developing and implementing attraction and delivery strategies for Early Careers.
* Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
* Advising on recruitment best practices and assessment processes.

* Partnering with hiring managers as one team.
* Conducting recruiter screens and managing interview debriefings.
* Maintaining accurate data to influence stakeholders.
* Delivering weekly and monthly reports on progress.
* Participating in weekly project team meetings to discuss challenges and successes.
* Proactively designing solutions and proposing new ideas.
* Sharing knowledge through training sessions and onboarding.
* Keeping abreast of market conditions and trends.
Skills Required:
* Deep recruitment experience within Early Careers.
* Outstanding headhunting and delivery skills.
* Experience in in-house, RPO, or agency recruitment.
* Solutions-focused mindset with problem-solving drive.
* Adaptability to change.
* Strategic thinking.
* Positive attitude and energy.
* Big-picture thinking.
Benefits include:
* 32 days holiday plus bank holidays.
* Remote-first and flexible working policy.
* Enhanced parental leave.

Our Company Values
* Challenge: “We are at our best being kept just beyond our comfort zone.”
* Collaborate: “The power of many is better than the power of one.”
* Innovate: “Always be looking 2-5 years in the future.”
