Job Summary:
We are seeking an 5 plus years experienced IBM Sysplex / Mainframe Specialist with strong expertise in z/OS environments and proven experience in the financial services domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting Parallel Sysplex environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and resilience of mission-critical financial applications.
Required Skills:
* Strong experience in IBM Mainframe technologies
* Hands-on expertise in:
* Parallel Sysplex
* Coupling Facility management
* z/OS system programming
* Experience with:
* CICS Transaction Server
* DB2 for z/OS
* IMS
* Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., IBM System Automation)
* Familiarity with performance monitoring tools (OMEGAMON, RMF, SMF)
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
