Overview
Job Title: Childrens Residential Team Leader. Salary: 30,680 per annum (plus bonus of 70.40 per sleep in). Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire. Our client already holds a large presence in the residential care sector and is rapidly growing, specialising in residential homes for children who are supported with emotional and behavioural needs. Recently receiving strong Ofsted ratings across their homes, they are dedicated to going the extra mile and providing the best support in the industry, aiming for Outstanding across all homes. This role is for a Childrens Team Leader who will continue to drive that passion within the team of a solo provision home in the Peterborough area.
Responsibilities
* Lead and support the care team at a solo provision home, driving high-quality care and ensuring consistency in service delivery.
* Support staff to promote independence, encourage recreational activities both within and outside the community, and advocate for service users.

Qualifications
* Minimum Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare/Children and Young People's Workforce (Or equivalent) (Essential)
* Previous experience at Senior Support Worker or Team Leader level (Essential)
* Must have supported children within an Ofsted-regulated residential setting (Essential)
