Vertu Ford Gloucester – Vehicle Technician
Join our team at Vertu Ford Gloucester and become a valued Vehicle Technician. We’re offering a £2,000 sign-on bonus (£1,000 on joining and a further £1,000 in month 13). The basic salary ranges from £28,000 to £45,800 depending on skills and experience, based on a 40-hour week with Saturdays paid as overtime and an additional over-performance bonus opportunity.

You will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing vehicles to the highest standards, contributing across all aspects from straightforward servicing to complex repairs. Responsibilities
* Maintain, service, and repair vehicles to the highest standards.
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience built on trust and honesty.
* Work across all aspects of servicing and repairs, from routine maintenance to complex diagnostics.
* Commit to quality workmanship and achieving first-time fixes.
Salary and Experience Levels
* Prep technicians: up to £35,000
* Service and Maintenance Technicians: up to £36,200
* Service and Diagnostic Technicians: up to £38,600
* Senior Technicians: up to £41,000
* Master Technicians: up to £45,800
Qualifications and Skills
* A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
* Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
* MOT license preferred but not essential
* Your own set of tools
* A full UK driving licence
