\nThe appointed Property Litigation Solicitor will be dealing with a range of property, civil and commercial litigation cases, including, but not limited to, boundary disputes, nuisance claims and property damage matters.

\n•You will offer precise legal advice, managing clients' expectations through clear explanations of decisions and concise outlines of the claims process.
\n
\n•Applications are welcome from experienced Litigation Solicitors who will have gained a minimum of 3 years’ experience dealing will all types of Litigation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

\n•Our client will offer flexible working arrangements and hybrid working with some days of the week worked remotely.
