About the Role: Supporting children in KS1 with identified speech and language needs, both in class and through targeted interventions. Working collaboratively with teaching staff to implement personalised learning strategies. Monitoring progress and contributing to reviews and planning meetings. Creating a positive, inclusive, and language-rich environment that encourages communication and confidence.
