As a key player in delivering ECO-funded energy solutions, they are now looking for an experienced Operations Director to help scale their operations while maintaining gold-standard compliance. Operations Director - The Role: You will lead and optimise the operations function. A critical part of your role will be managing the submissions and compliance team, ensuring flawless adherence to ECO (Energy Company Obligation) scheme requirements. You'll report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with technical, finance, and commercial teams to drive delivery, streamline processes, and prepare the business for continued growth.
