to lead our kitchen team within a
prestigious private hospital

Design and oversee menus tailored to patient needs, dietary requirements, and seasonal produce.
Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance.
Manage stock control, budgets, and supplier relationships efficiently.
Work collaboratively with clinical staff to support patient recovery through well-balanced, thoughtful meals.
About You We’re looking for someone who is: A qualified and experienced chef, with a proven background in leading a kitchen team.
Passionate about nutrition, quality, and presentation.
Skilled in managing dietary requirements (allergens, texture-modified diets, etc.).
An excellent communicator and leader, able to motivate and develop staff.
Knowledgeable in food safety regulations and compliance
