About the Role

The Accommodation & Cleaning Shift Manager will be responsible for the smooth delivery of cleaning shifts across the resort's public areas and entertainment venues. Reporting to the Cleaning Manager, this role ensures that daily operational plans are fulfilled by overseeing team tasks and objectives, managing team placement to meet fluctuating guest demand while maintaining high standards and guest experience.

The manager will lead and monitor team members responsible for cleaning entertainment venues after shows, maintaining toilet facilities, moving and resetting venue furniture, and performing high-level cleaning using industrial equipment indoors and outdoors. Supporting and coaching the team to deliver excellent service, the manager will also drive key metrics related to the CAFF approach, ensuring standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the delivery of cleaning standards and drive improvements in Guest and Employee NPS scores. Conduct quality control checks, lead feedback conversations, and manage the execution of the RPRPRT strategy. This role is permanent, covering 40 hours per week over 5 days, including weekends, with early and late shifts from 6am to 5am.

About You

You will oversee cleaning operations during your shift, ensuring adherence to CAFF standards. You will monitor NPS scores, take proactive measures to improve them, and reduce guest complaints. Responsibilities include conducting online quality checks, analyzing reports, leading feedback sessions, and ensuring your team receives proper training and support.

You will manage the onboarding of new team members, oversee all personnel activities, set objectives and PDPs, support team surveys, and ensure compliance with brand standards and health and safety regulations.

Key Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have extensive operational experience managing cleaning or soft services teams, with the ability to prioritize and adapt quickly. High standards, attention to detail, and experience leading both permanent and temporary teams are essential. Strong communication skills, flexibility, and proactive problem-solving are crucial for success.
