We are looking for a dynamic leader with proven experience in hotel management, strong commercial acumen, and a genuine passion for people and hospitality.
Job Description YOUR ROLE:
Lead all hotel operations, ensuring consistently high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality
Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction and brand compliance
Lead, motivate, and grow a high-performing team that delivers excellence every day.
Build a strong relationship with all key stakeholders in the business, owner, manager, employees, clients and neighbours
Qualifications YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:
Minimum 3 years experience as a General Manager in a comparable hotel environment.
Commercially savvy with strong organisational and people skills.
Energetic, hands-on, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences
