We’re looking for an experienced Programme Manager with a background in aerospace or other highly regulated engineering environments to join our international team. This role sits at the centre of our customer relationships, operational performance, and commercial delivery and is perfect for someone who thrives on ownership, pace, and accountability. As the primary customer interface, you’ll lead all operational and financial aspects of assigned programmes: costs, pricing, profitability, working capital, delivery, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the Head of Programmes while driving growth across customer divisions and sites. What You’ll Lead Customer & Growth Own the relationship across assigned aerospace accounts, building deep, trusted partnerships. Lead the customer-focused team to deliver outstanding service and identify growth opportunities. Use CRM and ERP tools to manage the customer lifecycle and elevate NPS. Understand customer operations, industry pressures, and long-term value drivers. Financial & Commercial Performance Maintain strong gross margin and operating profit across programmes.
